Craft show details
Set up will be Friday, October 20, 2023 from 10am to 6pm and Saturday morning, October 21, 2023 from 7-9am. ***All vehicles must be off the grounds by 9am on the 15th and remain off of the show grounds for the entirety of show hours. NO Vehicles may be moved on or off of the show grounds during show hours. No exceptions.
Electricity is included in the barn area and large tented spaces. If you have any special needs or are interested in demonstrating at the show, please contact us via e-mail, Director@TylerParkArts.org or call 267-218-0290. Demonstrators get extra booth space!
The 2023 show hours are Saturday, October 21 from 10am – 5pm and Sunday, October 22, 2023 from 10am – 4pm. Artists must be present during show hours.
As an additional service to our exhibitors we offer booth sitting services. See your information page when you arrive for set up. Each artist will have a name tag and one volunteer badge. Friends and family members without tags must pay the gate fee to enter the show.
The show is rain or shine and there is no early break down!
No event is cancelled due to weather; however, severe weather may pose safety concerns for participating members and the general public that may require modifications to the event. There are no refunds if such occurs.
If an accepted exhibitor elects to withdraw from an event, there will be no refunds of any fees associated with the event.
If for any reason you feel that these policies will not work for you, please do not apply. Any exhibitor that does not abide by show policies will not be asked back.
Saturday evening we hold an after party with food & festivities. We provide delicious food (vegetarian options will be available) and you BYOB. Acoustic instruments, jokes, stories and smiles are welcomed as we celebrate together. $10 per person. We will contact you after acceptance to RSVP.
