Cooper McKim, 17 year old pianist, and Jordan McBride, 18 year bass player, met in the eighth grade at Solebury School. Cooper had been playing Classical music for 11 years at that point, and Jordan had been started bass just three years prior. Jordan already was proficient in Jazz, and so he immersed Cooper into that new world. They started playing together frequently, formally and informally, around the New Hope area. Jordan will be heading to Oberlin Conservatory next year and Cooper will be at Tufts University. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-UuLbqhAqfA
