Polymer Clay Basics: Saturday, May 16, 2020 (10:00am – 1:30pm) You will learn the basics of polymer clay. Canes, skinner blends, carving and other surface treatments will be explored. You will create a polymer clay covered box. A word of warning. This can lead to PCA, Polymer Clay Addiction!
Polymer Clay Inlay: October 3, 2020 (10:00am – 1:30pm) Yes, another reason to love polymer clay! This workshop will have you creatively thinking about the unlimited possibilities of inlay work. Explore the basics of inlay in this beginner workshop by creating a butterfly tile. Pattern making, surface design and basic skills will be discussed. As always, please be warned this medium is highly addictive.
$75 + $20 Materials fee payable to instructor at time of class. Ages 18+ There will be a 30 min break for lunch – please bring your own food & drink
Eileen Cressman-Reeder has a degree in Art Education from Kutztown University. She has taught adult art courses through several schools and studios. Her work appeared in book and magazine publications. Eileen is the past president of the Philadelphia Area Polymer Clay Guild. She is a juried artisan with 30 years experience in the fine arts.
